Harvest Festival at Amara

The ‘Harvest Festival’ at Trident Hyderabad’s Amara restaurant shines a spotlight on the fresh produce of the season. While UK celebrates its harvest in Autumn and the US celebrates it around Thanksgiving, Indian harvest festivals are mostly celebrated in late winter or Spring. In line with Amara’s theme of Global Cuisine, the festival spread features dishes from around the world.

The salads counter featured dishes like Snow Pea and Shrimp Salad, Chicken and Pineapple Salad, Sicilian Harvest Salad, and Sprout Salad. The soups on offer were Fruit de mer Bouillon and Spinach and Pinenut. The Chicken Roast, which is a usual fixture at Amara, was joined by Tian of Heriloom Vegetables. The greens made their presence felt in the mains too with delicacies like Subz Bahar, Palak Paneer, Methi Pitla, Bell pepper Cous Cous, Stir fry (Corn, Bean, and Broccoli), and Green Bean Casserole. A live station was dishing out Nutri Burger and Veg Wraps loaded with fresh veggies.

The Harvest Festival is available for dinner until 25th February and is priced at Rs. 1638 (all inclusive).
